Available boot images (may be suffixed with '0F_ser02' for serial console) :
  - 0Ffreedos02 (default) : boot FreeDOS from USB key mounted read-write
  - 0Ffd02                : boot FreeDOS from a RAM-emulated floppy disk image
  - 0Fmemtest02           : run memory diagnostics
  - 0Fu2402|0Fs2402           : load UP/SMP Linux 2.4 image into memory and boot it.
  - 0Fu2602|0Fs2602           : load UP/SMP Linux 2.6 image into memory and boot it.
Global options:
  - 07ip=dhcp02
  - 07qwerty02              to get a QWERTY keyboard (AZERTY by default)
  - 07video=vesa:off02      to disable framebuffer support.
  - 07RDSHELL=102           to get a prompt from the initrd program
  - 07INITSHELL=102         to get a prompt from the preinit program
  - 07AUTORUN=102           to try to execute an 'autorun' script from the floppy
  - 07init2=/sbin/init 402  to enable access from serial port (default with 0Fserial02)
  - 07console=ttyS0,960002  to get kernel messages on COM1 (default with 0Fserial02)
  - 07com=ttyS102           to use ttyS1 instead of ttyS0 in all programs
  - 07load=mod[:arg=value]*[;mod...]02 to load those modules before booting

Use "0Enoapic02" and/or "0Eacpi=off02" to disable APIC/ACPI on broken SMP hardware.
